Roles and Responsibilities:

In the role of Technology Lead, you will be a technology professional adding value to a gamut of Software Development lifecycle stages. You will create detailed design artifacts like program specifications, test plans; and independently develop and review code and contribute to the go-live plan. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with some of the best talent in the industry to create innovative high quality and defect-free solutions to meet our clients’ business needs. Skills /Competencies:

Essential:

•A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in Exchange / SharePoint /Skype platform support.
•Exposure to O365 Platform administration (Exchange / Sharepoint Online / Skype for Business / One Drive ), incident resolution.
•Install/configure/troubleshooting messaging systems like Exchange/Lotus Notes/Groupwise
•Configure/Troubleshooting client side issues, mail routing issues
•Any experience with SharePoint migration / enhancement support.
•Active Directory
•Knowledge of Networking
•Exposure to Migration/upgrade of messaging system & migration tools
•Tertiary Qualification in IT / Computer Science / related discipline.

Preferred:
•MDM integration / Activesync based solution
•Archive solutions like Transvault/Proofpoint
•At least 4-8 years of experience with Information Technology

Additional Skills:
•Excellent customer interfacing skills.
•Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and Problem-solving skills.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
