Responsibilities for this role include:
Run Analytics Design for S/4 Hana configuration, documentation, testing, and delivery with intelligent automation (Scope includes work among SAP and non-SAP Systems and Applications)
Design Analytics at an enterprise scale and standards, supporting SAP business processes in alignment with K-C’s vision
Build specification documents that require development of WRICEF (Workflow Reports Interfaces Conversion Enhancement and Form) objects
Responsible for solving business problems by creating IT solutions for business partners, architects, and other experts
Handle in close partnership with the IT and business communities, experts, external consultants, cross functional teams, add-ons, etc.
Support operational readiness and production cutover efforts within HyperCare
Advise partners on the implication of standards or new SAP solutions applied to a problem
Craft and execute outcome-oriented strategies and build/sustain meaningful business relationships
Experience with analytics solution architecture, design and realization
Excellent technical & functional configuration knowledge and demonstrate proficiency of various analytics tools, platforms, and solutions
Adept in SAP business processes with laser focus in Data Mining/Science for Business Insights
Minimum of 8-10 years IT experience – in End-user industry or IT consulting or Systems Integrators or with IT Product
Minimum of 5 years’ experience working on analytics solutions at an enterprise scale
A degree in Engineering from a premier institution or Chartered Accountancy Or post graduate diploma/ MBA with specialization in Finance and/or IT from a premier institution
Significant experience in functional areas e.g. Supply Chain/ Logistics, Order-to-Cash, Procurement are desirable
Knowledge of configuration, testing, and implementation of S/4 HANA with Embedded Analytics with Fiori. Experience in SAP Cloud Analytics and BW for HANA a plus
SAP configuration experience with considerations for Enterprise Master Data structures, Sales Order Types, Item Categories, Listing & Exclusions
Participated in full cycle global SAP implementations, with a focus on analytics led business transformation
SAP S/4 HANA global implementation experience or equivalent next generation business transformation implementation
High Learning Agility with outcome-oriented and a transformative mindset bringing forward best in class data, process, and technical designs for purpose
Extraordinary written and verbal communication, presentation skills and be a constructive problem solver
Experience in creating/ reviewing functional specifications for custom enhancements
Ability to build and execute outcome-oriented strategies and sustain meaningful relationships
Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with internal business, technical, and external consulting teams
Experienced global setup with peers, leaders & teams across geographies and ability to work in a cross-cultural context
Training & certification in SAP Functional modules, Data Science/Data Analytics/Business Intelligence
