We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.

  • Technical Design Direction: Work with Product and Project teams to review the Features and Epic and provide guidance for Architecture and low level design. Review and approve designs and present the design to end clients.
  • Delivery Management: Will be the Delivery Owner for client projects and internal products. Will provide direction to SCRUM teams to ensure the delivery is done in sustainable, predictable way with good quality. Must enforce SCRUM based Agile delivery model in all projects.
  • Client Communication: Manage client communication for the strategic projects. Be the point of escalation for client.
  • Enforce Development Best Practices: Enforce SCRUM and XP practices for the teams. Ensure that coding standards are followed and code is reviewed, well documented and version are maintained in source code repository.
  • Pre Sales Support: Help Sales team with pre-sales effort including putting together RFPs.
  • Staff Management: Manage a team of 5 technical leads with each lead managing 5 developers. Identify the future leaders and groom them. Ensure that team members are connected and motivated.
  • Time and Cost Management: Manage and report on time spent by individuals on projects. Review productivity issues and ideas with the team and fellow managers.
  • Recruitment and Retention: Work with HR on hiring and retaining talent. The employee retention and satisfaction will be critical.
  • Professional Development: Analyzing in-house and external employee professional development training need and help team members with the selection and contracting of external training programs and consultants.
  • Employee Appraisal: Ensure performance appraisals take place as per the company policies. Provide personnel assessment and goals report to respective team members and the senior managers.
  • Maintain Work Culture: Establish and improve the policies, practices to promote and sustain healthy, exciting and fun work culture. Support a culture of open door where all employees feel confident and encouraged to provide feedback. Help create merit based culture that motivates individuals learn continuously and to give their best in all aspects of their job.
  • Conflict Management: Help individuals and managers to resolve conflicts. Provide conflict management frameworks and trainings to provide self-help tools to.
  • Manage Employee Relationships: Know your employees and be accessible to all to listen to their ideas & grievances. Promote a positive upbeat branding of company among employees.
  • Rewards and Incentives: Execute rewards and incentive policies to recognize and reward the effort and talent of employees.
  • Employee Onboarding: Manage new employee boarding process from the time an offer is made.
  • Manage Employee Separation: Manage employee separations, including managing the legal & financial formalities associated with the exit.
  • Reports & Meetings: Manage the preparation and maintenance of reports necessary to carry out the functions of the department. Prepares periodic reports for management, as necessary or requested, to track strategic goals accomplishment. Participates in executive, management, and company staff meetings and attends other meetings and seminars.

  • Must have 12 – 22 years of experience in Salesforce Technology management.
  • Must have 12+ years of experience in IT in development and lead roles
  • Must have 5+ years of experience in JAVA or .Net
  • Must have 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Development
  • Must have two active Salesforce Developer certification
  • Mist have 3+ years of experience in team management of 20+ team members
  • Must have hands-on experience in creating Design and Architecture documentation
  • Working knowledge of Agile XP and SCRUM
  • Excellent inter-personal skills
  • Must be comfortable with hard negotiations with team and clients
  • Must have a cheerful and positive outlook to life in general. Should be a person who can remain cheerful even in adversities
  • Must have experience in developing programs/policies to create a merit based culture of fun and excitement
  • Must be a self driven person and should be able to forge their way to implement certain policies despite of the obstacles and popularity
  • Must be a person of courage who can deliver truth when needed. Must be able to handle hard performance and discipline related conversations with employees.
  • Must have an Engineering Degree. Nice to have current B-1 visa for US.
  • Must be open to work late nights to coordinate with clients
