We are looking for Tele Caller - Hindi for back-office work. No travel involved. The job includes coordinating with Field executives via our CRM, Emails, and mobile Calls. The ability to communicate properly on the phone and computer proficiency is a must. Hands-on experience of working on computers & the Internet is required.

Job Location: Indore | Full Time | Experience: 1 year and above| Freshers Invited | Salary ∝ Expertise | Rs.8000~ Rs.15000 Per month + Incentives |

Responsibilities:

• Taking ownership and responsibility for completion of cases allotted to you
• Allotment of cases to field executive using CRM, email, phone, mobile app
• Following up with Field Executive to get visit done & get reports
• Updating reports & information collected on the field into CRM
• Assisting team members for other office work
• Taking ownership of work assigned to you and delivering before the due date

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in the industry
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• At least 1+ years spent working in back-office/operations work
• Basic Computer skills, MS Office & Internet knowledge
• Previous experience as Aadhaar operator will be an advantage
