Job Responsibility

  1. Assist marketing manager to carry out telemarketing plans and complete indicators work tasks on time.
  2. To maintain positive relationship with Clients and make reasonable suggestions.
  3. To Familiar with the operation and working process of the system.
  4. Collect telephone sales success and failure cases to improve conversion efficiency.
  5. Familiar with all kinds of telemarketing terms and products to improve customer trust
  6. Organize customer analysis and deliver information in a timely manner.

Job Requirements

  1. Tech savvy with excellent knowledge of Windows system,Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
  2. Good at communication and coordination experience
  3. Excellent command of spoken and written Mandarin, English and Malay.
