We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Telesales Executive to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating sales over the phone, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Your ability to communicate effectively and understand customer needs will be essential to your success.
Responsibilities
Make outbound calls at least 200-300 calls every day to potential and existing customers to inform them about our products/services
Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations
Generate leads and close sales to meet or exceed monthly targets
Maintain and update the customer database (CRM) with accurate information
Follow up on leads and conduct regular follow-up calls with prospects
Handle customer objections professionally and effectively
Work closely with the sales team to develop strategies for sales growth
Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships with clients
Stay informed about product features, promotions, and industry trends
Requirements
Proven experience in Telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Persuasive and goal-oriented approach
Ability to handle rejection and remain positive
Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business or Marketing is a plus
