Main Responsibilities :  - Manage a Sales Team to achieve the assigned sales targets
- Lead the team to promote card or loan products and ensure smooth operations
- Oversee team performance on different dimensions including calls per TM, TM KPI, contact rate, conversion rate and no. of call rounds completed
- Recruit, train, motivate and coach team members to achieve the business targets
- Handle referrals and complaints escalated from Telesales Representatives, identify root problems, design and control the process of corrective and preventive actions
- Prepare sales scripts, MIS reports and validate monthly incentive calculation
- Perform call monitoring to ensure quality services are delivered to customers
- Conduct team briefing and case sharing to all sales staff to enhance selling and servicing skills
Requirements :  - DSE or above with 3-5 years of relevant experience in telesales or sales field of which 1-2 years of supervisory experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with professional telephone manner
- Able to work under pressure and meet sales targets
- Self-motivated, proactive and result oriented
- Good team player
- Proficient in written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English
- Proficient in MS office applications
