The Territory Manager Structural Heart (SH) - SI and TAVI is responsible for servicing the current customer base, increasing sales within that base and establishing new accounts.
This sales position requires to be certified on our SH products to be able to assist regularly the technical procedures in OR/cathlabs.
More specifically, the Territory Manager SH will be responsible for:
effectively dealing with customer complaints and recommending consignment in accounts where necessary.
achieving sales quota per plan by servicing the current customer base, increasing the sales volume to that base and establishing new accounts. Complexity is high (territory and/or account, products/services, sales or account management process).
making sales commitments for assigned efforts while being accountable for the results.
providing substantial input to division-wide sales standards, practices, procedures and policies and preparing important tenders.
implementing comprehensive sales plans to ensure increased market penetration and establishing of new accounts.
planning own territory or account approach and managing own resources.
analysing sales statistics; preparing reports; and performing required administrative sales duties, e.g., filing expense account reports, scheduling appointments, and making travel plans.
maintaining business operations in accordance with corporate policies in respect to pricing, quotes, credit terms, expense reporting and Quality guidelines.
following and sharing the best practices guidelines before and after the sales call.
maintaining thorough knowledge/awareness of competition products.
Train Field Service Engineers, customers and other colleagues when and as appropriate
providing insights on possible product line extensions or product enhancements and developing and submitting proposals in regards to these product changes.
acting as Company ambassador at all times i.e. representing the Company in a professional manner and with highest integrity as the prime contact with facilities, physicians and patients
The Territory Manager SH needs to have the following background and experience:
5 years of successful sales experience within the healthcare industry
Well organized, capable of juggling multiple projects and accustomed to tight deadlines
Excellent personal computer skills including MS Excel, Word, Outlook and Power Point.
Fluent in French, Dutch and English
Flexible with excellent interpersonal skills
