If you love to sell SaaS software and large construction projects, this is the job for you. We will give you a chance to put on a hardhat and boots and work with the best construction materials companies in the industry. Our customers build the infrastructure of our country and our sales team digitizes the industry. You will be partnered with business development representatives to help generate opportunities and closely aligned with customer success, marketing/ lead generation and product owners.

  • You will be partnered with business development representatives to help generate opportunities and closely aligned with customer success, marketing/ lead generation and product owners
  • You will sell SaaS and mobile solutions with focus on prospecting, presenting, and proposing complex products and services to General Contractors, Material Producers, and DOTs
  • This is an individual-contributor Hunter position that requires a high-impact salesperson
  • Partner with customers to leverage your success into introductions into new customers and projects
  • Responsible for pipeline and opportunity management in Salesforce
  • The ASM is assigned a sales quota and performance is measured by meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual targets by winning project and Enterprise sales
  • Responsibilities for developing and implementing territory plans and key account plans

  • 4+ years of SaaS sales experience
  • A high energy, driven self-starter with a Hunter mentality
  • Problem solving mindset to challenge the status quo
  • A collaborative team player who strives to continuously learn and develop their sales skills
  • 4-year college/university degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience prospecting and hunting to find new business to be closed directly
  • Experience using CRM and project database systems daily
  • Proven track record of managing and growing a sales territory with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Strong skills in developing account and opportunity planning
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Highly proficient computer skills including internet, CRM, email, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
