Test Engineer M/F

Test Development Engineering:

1- Test program maintenance, optimization to sustain production and optimize/improve test time, test yield, test efficiency and product quality.

2- Test program conversion/migration among different tester platform.

3- Test program development, test hardware design & optimization for NPI and continuous improvement.

4- New tester platform development.

5- Collaborate with test automation and other related teams to optimize/improve test methodology & data analysis to improve test efficiency and effectiveness.

General Requirements:

1- Strong sense of safety, quality and continuous improvement, be proactive, learn by doing, learn to learn, good personal quality and team work spirit.

2- Bachelor degree and above on electronics and computer science.

3- Business fluent English and computer-savvy.

Business skills:

1- Knowledge of analog electronic circuits, such as PMOS, VIP and VR.

2- Master several programming languages.

3- Knowledge of STDF data statistical and analysis.

4- Experienced use of test related tools such as oscilloscope, curve tracer.

5- Familiar with semiconductor assembly, test & finishing.

6- Experience with test manufacturing or experience and knowledge on Teradyne and Microtest platform are preferred.
