Short Description
Test Manager with proven experience in Performance testing or functional testing.


Roles and Responsibilities:
  • To conduct requirement analysis, define test strategy & design and lead execution to guarantee superior outcomes.
  • To design an optimal test environment to simulate real-time scenarios.
  • To collaborate with some of the best talent in the industry to create innovative high quality and defect-free solutions to meet our clients’ business needs.
Skills/Competencies:

Essential:
  • Good knowledge of technology landscape to be able to guide team.
  • Tertiary Qualification in IT / Computer Science / related discipline.

Preferred:
  • 8+ years of experience with IT. Leadership experience in managing testing in large integration projects
  • Established test manager working at an enterprise level. Proven work experience in pega and SAP testing
  • Extensive experience on Jira and preparing metrics and reports using Jira. Proven Work Experience in agile delivery model
  • Ability to work and manage teams across multiple agile teams. Good working knowledge in AWS
  • Excellent knowledge of ALM/JIRA


Additional Skills:
  • Excellent customer interfacing skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and Problem-solving skills.
