Job description

Traffic is a challenge for e-commerce industry as it is a leading funnel to bring users into each category and discover products especially traffic that from Search.
Also for this role be the bridge between the business and product teams to actively communicate local business needs and escalate any system/tools defects.
We are looking for a person who wants to make Lazada better in term of User Experience in Search and drive the success in each category and in each business unit of Lazada.
The role will report to Traffic Manager
- Support daily operations that will help to drive visibility, exposure and assortment in each category.
- Ability to provide daily, weekly monthly insight and analysis on search and traffic performance in a different category and different business unit.
- Work with Search Regional Team and Tech teams to deep-dive the root causes and propose short-term and long-term solutions.
- Be the expert by understanding key functional and non-functional capabilities or limitations of the system and seeing the possibility to support in each category.
- Always support on any Ad-hoc projects.

Job requirements

- Degree in any discipline
- 1-3 years of experience in eCommerce, digital business merchandising, digital advertising.
- Innovative, tech-savvy and a creative problem solver and troubleshooter.
- Work under pressure.
- Good analytical skills & Data-driven, strong execution mindset, and great attention to details.
- Able to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively
- Have worked on tasks that required Microsoft Excel within the past year and SQL Query knowledge is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills & interpersonal skills.
