Product trainer provide full spectrum live/virtual training and support services to Product owner, Business Analyst , senior members and newly joined members with a focus on product and features enhancement awareness.
Key job responsibilities:
Planning, developing, and coordinating product training programs for field support personnel and internal members
Assess training needs through surveys, interviews with employees, focus groups, or consultation with managers, instructors, or customer representatives.
Attend meetings or seminars to obtain information for use in training programs or to inform management of training program status.
Evaluate modes of training delivery, such as in-person or virtual to optimize training effectiveness, training costs, or environmental impacts.
Prepared training materials, developed instructional content, determined methodology, and coordination with members.
Conduct training sessions and developed criteria for evaluating effectiveness of training activities increasing the proficiency level throughout organization level.
Revised training plans to meet new training requirements and kept technical information up to date
Keep up with developments in the area of expertise by reading current journals, books, or magazine articles.
Coordinated training schedule, dates, and logistics as well as maintained all training systems and databases related to product training
Tracked, reported, and evaluated the effectiveness of training solutions and made changes to programs based on feedback; provided return on investment analysis and recommendations
Evaluated the knowledge of class participants to determine training needs and effectiveness
Obtain, organize, or develop training procedure manuals, guides, or course materials, such as handouts or visual materials.
Required skills & experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
Strong knowledge of training and development strategies
Reports and presentations skills
Training and coaching to developers, testers and other profiles.
Required 7-10 years of experience in training & development
