Training Administrator PURPOSE In your new role as Training Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting the administrative tasks of the Ops Training department. Managing the planning of the learning activities required for the various functions in the plant. You will act as a member of an Open+ pillar to provide support and coaching to employees in key areas of the business. In the position of Training Coordinator, you will work closely with the various managers of the different departments. RESPONSIBILITIES In your new role as Training Administrator, you will be responsible for: - Managing training documentation and data to ensure traceability of training and facilitate planning of learning activities. - Ensure training documentation and records are updated, archived and made available when required. - Monitor learning activities of employees and plan learning activities as needed. - Act as administrator on LMS (Learning Management System) to set up and maintain updated training profiles, programs and reports. - Manage training rooms: - Define and update training room management procedure - Coordinate and maintain training room reservation and booking management. - Maintain updated visual training KPIs and Operations Training info board to ensure proper analysis of training efficiency and effectiveness and suggest improvement actions. - Coordinate and support training activities related to Open+tools according to phase requirements - Ensure that training delivered is planned and coordinated with trainers in close collaboration with relevant business supervisors. REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS To be successful in your new role as Training Coordinator you will need: - at least a senior general secondary education; - Overall Experience: > 2-3 years working Experience as administrator - Dutch and English speaking and writing - Communication and training skills; - Excellent skills in excel, words power bi; As a person, you can be described as a good accurate administrator who knows how to process everything into the system according to the procedures. Good communication skills to consult with the various supervisor on the training progress of the departments. Can work closely with colleagues in the Ops training department. You have the ability to organize, manage and prioritize your work while staying focused on results. With your analytical and proactive attitude, you know how to see through processes and apply a 'next level' of effective working. Ultimately, you have a continuous improvement mentality and this is reflected in your daily work and results.
