Job Description

PRIMARY OBJECTIVES: To actively contribute to the company vision of making holiday dreams
come true by effective and efficient operation of their designated sales site.
The primary objective of the role is to achieve
goals against the WVR Asia Pacific Business Plan
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: _(Includes but not limited to)_
+ Conduct Orientation and delivery OnboardingTraining Programs for Sales Consultants
+ Strategize, coordinate, facilitate and executeProduct Knowledge and Sales skills training programs for existing SalesConsultants and Quality Assurance Team Members
+ Provide regular coaching, mentoring and feedback tothe team to ensure continued development and identify training needs
+ Responsible for training materials up to date andadministrating e-learning
+ Manage and support the delivery of PerformanceManagement Program as required by the business
+ Continually support, motivate and promote goodworking relationship between Sales Division and other departments to achievecompany’s goals
+ Manage and support delivery of Recruitment Programsas required by the business
+ Build, develop, manage an engaged team with a CountOn Me! attitude and living our core values of integrity, leadership innovationand growth

+ Lead by example in both professional and personalconduct
+ Share the role of presenter/trainer as required
+ Develop community relations between the Company andthe neighbourhood through positive representation and proactive communityawareness
+ Actively supporting and modelling compliance withcompany policies and procedures
+ Provide regular coaching, mentoring andfeedback to the team to ensure continued development and identify training needs
+ Develop and sponsor initiatives that foster opencommunication
+ Consult with appropriate stakeholders to obtainagreement or remove barriers before implementing change
+ Employees must ensure they comply with WVRAP’sOH&S Policy, procedures and any reasonable instruction given by WVRAP.
+ Employees must not wilfully place at risk thehealth and safety of themselves or any other persons in the workplace and tonot wilfully or recklessly interfere with or misuse anything provided forhealth and safety.

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills

+ Knowledge and application of sales techniques suchas building rapport, needs/values selling, negotiating, and closing the sale
+ Strong personal values regarding customer service,delivering on the promise and integrity
+ Ability to plan for recruitment and interviewprocess
+ Proven leadership, motivating, coaching andperformance management skills
+ Ability to meet tight reporting deadlines withoutcompromising quality
+ Demonstrated empathy and the ability to build uponother people’s ideas
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skillsincluding the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders across alllevels of the business
+ Minimum 3 years experience in management oftimeshare sales environment in the Asia region
+ Excellent customer service, results driven anddetail orientated
+ Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office,Tableau and Sales Tracker
