We are looking for a Strategy, Planning & Transformation manager within our services business in APJ. In this role, your mandate will be to shape and execute services strategy for maximum Customer Success and SAP success. One day you might be working on pricing topics while another day you might be optimizing our third party spend. At the same time you could be supporting a market unit on building their growth strategy or working with our global portfolio team to develop or roll out new services to drive customer impact. In short, your diet of work will span the entire the services P&L and will cover strategic and tactical initiatives. Key Areas of Responsibility and Tasks

We in DBS COO APJ support the DBS priorities to foster customer base and accelerate SAP Innovation, cultivate simplicity through operational excellence and drive Digital Business Services strategy to execution. We are looking for a Strategy, Planning & Transformation manager to shape and execute services strategy for maximum Customer Success and SAP success

  • Internalize the overall Services Strategy and drive its implementation through internal projects such as optimizing pricing, discounts, third party spend, delivery mix impacting the services P&L
  • Support market units on building their growth strategy, 3 year business plan and 6 quarter SIBP (Services integrated business planning)
  • Conduct detailed analyses that lead to compelling recommendations Synthesize information and analyses into creative business insights and recommendations Incorporate multiple, differing perspectives into high quality deliverables
  • Manage several key strategic programs overseeing dependencies covering strategic and tactical initiatives. Principal subject matter expert in process area to support key programs
  • Elaborate solutions and project them to a roadmap. Keep track of different workstreams and their progress, follow up based on transformation framework and toolset
  • Knowledge Management (KM) capabilities, such as setting up KM processes to capture and document knowledge, sharing the learning from experiences and projects, ensuring reusability of knowledge, structuring content and coaching others on how to use and manage the knowledge
  • Utilize internal systems analytics & reporting
  • Supports the settings of program targets and updates
  • Support regular reporting for Leadership Meetings/ Updates

Requirements

  • Proven transformation and/or program management skills in an international, multi-cultural environment with access to senior leadership roles.
  • Strong analytical skills, including a proven ability to identify new value creation opportunities
  • Collaborative and inspiring leadership style with peers, teams, colleagues
  • Strong problem solving intrinsic, particularly in a fast-paced and turnaround environment
  • Structured thinker anticipating problems, seeking opportunities with strong challenger mentality
  • Excellent skills in business design in MS PowerPoint and data representation in MS EXCEL
  • 5+ years of professional experience in analytics and strategic projects, thereof at least 5 years at SAP
  • Knowledge about the services business and its portfolio, processes and organization

Functional experience

  • Min. 1 year of experience as Senior Business Support Specialist
  • Ability to drive execution within area of responsibility; experienced
