What you will be doing:· Assist the UAT Team in facilitating the user acceptance testing of system enhancements· Analyze user stories and business requirements· Create test scenarios and test scripts, both positive as well as negative, to ensure full coverage that also considers any downstream impacts· Document understandable and detailed test results· Provide regular updates on test execution progress to the UAT Manager· Participate in status update meetings and system functional walk throughs· Document in detail defects that are uncovered· Review defects with a variety of stakeholders like Product Owners and Developers to ensure that the next steps towards resolution are executed in a timely manner· Be proactive and manage all deliverables within an agreed timeframe· Be the advocate for the end users of the system· Maintain good relationships with all stakeholders
What you should have:· 2 - 4 years’ experience as a UAT Analyst or relative position· Problem Solving Skills – ability to think ‘Out of the Box’ and independently work around issues that arise· Ability to break down and prioritize tasks· Attention to detail with the ability to multi-task· Knowledge of the financial service industry and the products and services related to consumer credit (asset)· Proficient with the use of JIRA, Xray, MS Office, Postman· Can support a flexible work schedule when required
