I. RESPONSIBILITIES A. UX/UI Designers are responsible for the user flows, wireframes, prototypes and visual designs throughout the full cycle of the mobile app/web design and development B. UX/UI Designers are key members of the Mynt Technology Corps and collaborate to deliver user-centered designs that support the overall mobile app/web channel strategy C. UX/UI Designers are expected to: ? Conceptualize ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex design problems, rapidly exploring concepts design variations. ? Create design systems, maintain and promote style guides, consistency, standards and best practices e.g. Material Design ? Create elegant, intuitive and clean layouts for required channels following a set branding guidelines ? Deliver high-?delity designs, prototypes and speci?cations, and closely with engineers to deploy them into existing and new applications. ? Synthesize customer insights from quantitative and qualitative sources to inform iteration of customer experiences. D. UX/UI Designers are expected to keep abreast of emerging UI and UX trends and standards. II. SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS, AND COMPETENCIES ? At 3 solid experience in UI/UX designing for responsive web and mobile applications. ? Strong written and verbal communication/presentation skills, including the ability to sell ideas to stakeholders. ? Mastery of UX/UI design tools: Photoshop, Illustrator, JustinMind, Sketch etc. ? Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, XML and Java. ? Strong visual design skills and background designing for systems (style guides, patterns). ? A portfolio demonstrating a strong, clean visual design sense. The portfolio should manifest attention to customer experience, usability, simplicity, and consistency. ? Strong time management skills and self-suf?ciency ? Strong understanding of human-centered design & material design principles is important. Other nice-to-have skills: ? Designers whose skills encompass interaction and visual design. ? Attention to subtle micro-interactions and microcopy. ? Pro?ciency in vector illustration, iconography or typography design ? Design focused user research and usability best practices
