Are you ready to take your first step with us?
As the UX/UI Designer within our Marketing team, you will be working alongside a supportive and passionate team of three marketers and a web developer. You’ll be responsible for designing and producing an array of resources for our customer base of 4,000 schools across Australia and the UK. You’ll also be working on the revamp of our Australian website which is a huge and exciting project at ClickView.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional graphic design skills, experience in UX, attention to detail, and ability to work on multiple projects at one time.
Manage the day to day design and creation of landing pages, web graphics, social assets, eDMs, and print collateral
Translate requirements into design solutions, from the mockup to execution
Effectively communicate your designs to our web developer and other key stakeholders
Work alongside other teams to collaborate and create effective marketing messages through your designs to drive customer engagement
Own the digital brand design and bring it to life through your work
Monitor performance of your design work through landing page A/B testing, usability testing, and analytical tools
As part of the application process, we ask that you submit a portfolio of your design work.
4+ years experience in graphic design for websites, social media, and marketing collateral
Superb graphic design skills with experience using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
Relevant design experience at a high tech, product-driven company
Experience working on website design, print collateral, digital assets, ad creatives, usability testing
Proficient with design tools. We use Adobe XD, Sketch, Abstract & Invision at ClickView
Solid understanding of UI design principle & patterns
Video editing skills highly regarded
Own our digital brand and brand guidelines
Manage multiple projects at once
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional organisational skills and detail-oriented
Self-starter with ability to thrive under pressure in a fast paced environment.
