    This UX/UI Designer will play a key role creating, developing and refining enhanced member and customer experiences across strategic business channels, operations and systems. This is a hybrid role and requires strong UI skill and UX capabilities to work across a number of high-profile projects.

    Your responsibility will include:

    • Gather and evaluate user requirements, create artefacts (wireframes, storyboards, user flows) to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas. Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness) and conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
    • Conceptualize ideas that bring simplicity complex design roadblocks, define visual elements, product elements, and overall UI design
    • Work with Agile teams and key stakeholder groups to define UX/UI components of features and user stories, collaborate on scenarios, end-to-end experiences, and screen designs, promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
    • Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images

    To be successful in this role, you will have:

    • Degree or a related study, or equivalent experience
    • 5+ years working in UX and UI design
    • Proven experience in wire-framing, storyboards, user flows, site mapping, design, quality testing and liaison with front and backend developers
    • In-depth understanding of UI; an understanding latest design and technology trends and their role in a commercial environment
    • Experience with design software and wireframe tools
    • Strong understanding of usability and user experience principles
    • Experience working within an Agile development framework
