• Information gathering and understanding the scope of service
• Planning and designing user flow chart
• Wireframe design and prototyping
• Develop storyboards, mockups and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and UI visual design ideas
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
• Handing off the design to development
• Adhere to style standards
• Up-to-date knowledge of design software
• Continued education and research into UI trends and current design strategy and technology
• Experience with coding and ability to troubleshoot using HTML, CSS and comparable languages
• Good time-management skills

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an UI-UX Designer or similar role
• UI design portfolio
• Promising skill and knowledge in the field of design
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• A team player but can work independently too
• Ability to discuss and explain design options
• Knowledge of Adobe range of products including XD, Illustrator, Photoshop. (Sketch & Figma optional)
• Some knowledge of Usability Factors in Human-Computer Interaction
• Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize task
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS optional
