Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's College Degree , any field.
  • At least 2-3 year(s) of working experience in managing & recruitment the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Sales - Financial Services (Insurance, Unit Trust, etc) or equivalent.
  • 2-3 years of experience in managing a Sales Team 
  • Success in hitting Sales Targets
  • Should have expertise in Recruitment
  • People skills are highly recommended
  • High engagement in Social Media
  • Digital Savvy
  • 5 Full-Time position(s) available
  • Bank Assurance background is an advantage
  • Possible to be assigned to our following branches in Binondo Manila, Makati, and Tarlac.
  • Monthly performance-based income potential variable income from 30k- 50k.
  • We provide monthly operation funds

 Responsibilities:

  • Gathered leads, experience in recruiting salespeople.
  • Train, develop and motivates a sales team to achieve their individual and team sales targets.
  • Supervises the sales team to ensure adherence to the working plan.
  • Coaches, trains and develops subordinates to meet job requirements.
  • Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
