The specialist works both with internal stakeholders as customers in international context, which requires
Customer and service orientation
Independent activity planning & completion
Knowledge & experience working with web services technology
Provide guidance and technical support for Customers to upgrade or implement web services
Provide excellent customer experience for our customers
Update CT customer inventory tools with the latest customer & automation details
Support constant improvement by sharing knowledge & best practice
Minimum 3-5 years’ experience with IT helpdesk (customer facing) with experience of web page development (not scripting)
Excellent – good verbal and written communication skills
Fluent in English & local language(s)
Customer service oriented, IT help desk style problem solving and trouble shooting.
Good Knowledge on XML as a must have, (JSON and Java is a bonus but not essential)
