We are looking for a UX lead that will help lead the web and mobile UX design of enterprise products that touch hundreds of thousands of employees, candidates, retirees along with supporting HR and the C-Suite globally. This UX lead will be responsible for creating the most engaging, interactive UX that can deliver state of the art applications to our clients. The designer will create interfaces branded for our client companies. We are looking for candidates who have a passion for web/mobile design with areas of expertise to include the following:
User-centered design experience /(UX) design
User-centered UX/UI design
User-centered design and UX strategy, planning and execution for online sites, mobile optimized sites and mobile apps incorporating usability, applying standards, using various tools to create graphical interfaces across a variety of devices and platforms.
Ability to deliver engaging, interfaces that make our secure data-driven and transactional systems easy to use.
Demonstrated ability to define new approaches to complex UI design problems
Proficient at designing information architecture (strategy/execution for structuring/presenting web assets such as content, videos, and interactive material such as widgets and portlets)
Capable of understanding online behavior through user research methodologies; can lead focus groups and conduct usability testing and make adjustments based on user feedback
Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
Ability to work with the client, product and project managers, and technical developers to understand requirements and help interpret them into an engaging interface
Ability to develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how a site will look and function
Ability to create original graphic designs (infographics, tables, etc)
Good understanding of current UX interaction trends across all systems, including transactions, form optimization, information architecture, social media integration and navigation approaches.
Stay abreast of UX trends, as well as corporate and industry standards looking for creative ideas
Understand and adhere to web/mobile standards on fonts, colors and images
Understand web accessibility requirements and ability to implement at different levels
Ability to develop creative design approaches within client brand guidelines
Ability to provide final detailed design specifications and assets for front-end developers to implement.
Ability to propose interaction options, such as gamification approaches, is a plus
Ability to work closely with developers to ensure the end product meets the prototype standards
Plus – how to engage and create interactive infographics to educate users
Advanced in Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator (Adobe AfterEffects and Adobe Flash a plus)
