Job Title: UX/UI Designer - LATAM
Location: Remote (PST Time zone)
Salary Range: up to 3000 USD

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST

Position Overview:
The UX/UI Designer will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for our web and mobile applications. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, create wireframes and prototypes, and ensure a seamless user experience.
Key Responsibilities:

• Design and Development
  • Create user-centric designs by understanding business requirements and user feedback.
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
  • Design and implement visually appealing interfaces using Adobe Creative Cloud tools.
    
• User Research and Testing
  • Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback.
  • Perform usability testing and gather insights to improve designs.
    
• Collaboration and Communication
  • Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with business goals.
  • Present design concepts and solutions to team members and stakeholders.
    
• Continuous Improvement
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
  • Continuously improve design processes and methodologies to enhance the overall user experience.

Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in UX/UI design.
• Excellent skills in creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Ability to conduct user research and usability testing.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate user feedback and improve designs.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
