The role of Key Vendor Executive (KVE) is responsible for actively seeking new business partners to join our new platforms and generate leads through cold calling, referral, and networking. The main tasks include, but are not limited to, new partner onboarding, maintaining operations to generate revenue, meeting and exceeding revenue sales targets, and acting as the interface between partners and clients.

Job Responsibilities

1. Business Development

  • Proactively generate leads of potential business partners to join our new platforms
  • Managing the sales pipeline of prospective partners
  • Meeting the sales target
  • Generating sales revenue from the operations activities and meeting the target in due time

2. Operations

  • Managing the launch of new orders and responsible for the qualifying process to ensure that mandatory documents are provided by the clients
  • Managing the publication of reports in a timely manner
  • Translating reports sent by partners from Indonesian into English from time to time

3. Partner Management

  • Front-liner in bridging the communication between partners and clients
  • Responsible for new partner onboarding, including referral methods that are well implemented
  • Handling of Partner enquiries and complaints, specifically related to product development
  • Build sustainable relationship by improving the activities for partner engagement such as arranging regular meetings, getting feedback, and following up as necessary
  • Improving sales revenue by approaching existing partners and obtaining referrals for new partners from their network.
  • Maintenance and update of Partner database

4. Other

  • Assisting our partners in the preparation of invoice recapitulations and ensuring smooth fee payment
  • Undertake other ad-hoc duty assigned by the Head of Department from time to time

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years prior work experience in Sales or in managing clients within the service sector
  • Proficient in English, spoken and written
  • Adept, persuasive communicator
  • Strong writing skills
  • Able to perform Media searches
  • Deadline oriented
  • Attentive to detail
