About The Role:
Builds and coordinates supplier solutions in line with company strategy as defined by Senior Leadership Team, Vendor Relations Management.

Responsibilities: 

  • Identify suitable suppliers based on production/GVRM/VRM/sales requirements.
  • Ensure all required information is entered into information systems and make sure information systems are always up-to date.
  • Test and qualify suppliers in cooperation with MLS.
  • Contract and develop supplier solutions for languages in alignment with RWS business requirements.
  • Communicate with suppliers, answer queries, provide support if needed.
  • Track new services offered by suppliers.
  • Negotiate supplier prices on yearly basis (and/or account/project basis).
  • Coordinate supplier resources for production.
  • Act as escalation point for PMs regarding supplier related issues.

Requirements:

  • University degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in an international environment.
  • Service purchasing or procurement.
  • Localization experience preferred.
  • Upper Intermediate level of English.
  • Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint.
  • Navision is an advantage.
  • Focus on Business.
