As Vice President, Cloud Sales for Latin America you will be responsible for leading regional teams of Managers (RVPs) selling different Cloud platforms across all of LATAM. Your team of Account Executives will formulate and execute a sales strategy within an assigned region, drive revenue growth by penetrating the current customer base, and develop new customers in the region. They will work in partnership with the existing Account owners and will carry quota for Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud product sales.

Our Cloud Business Units sell into a diverse set of industries and is broken down into the following segments:

Emerging Business Unit:
Emerging Small Business (1 - 50 employees)
Small Medium Business (51 - 300 employees)

Commercial Business Unit:
Mid Market Commercial (301 - 1000 employees)
General Business Commercial (1001 - 2000 employees)

Enterprise Business Unit:
Enterprise Business (2001 + employees)

Role Description

First Line Sales leadership in our organization are Regional Sales Directors and Regional Vice Presidents.

As a Sales AVP you will be leading and developing a team of Account Executives and First & Second Line Sales managers throughout Argentina, Brazil, and Mexico. You will participate in and drive client and prospect meetings as well as work cross-functionally with stakeholders and corporate resources as required. You will be responsible for ongoing mentoring and development of the sales team which includes recruiting, hiring and training new team members on sales process. In this role you will report on sales activity and forecast to senior sales management.

Provide support and guidance to direct reports by participating and driving in client and prospect meetings or engaging other corporate resources as required
Development of a winning team, including recruiting, hiring and training
Coaching direct reports on strategies to drive sales wins
Accurate reporting on sales activity and forecasting to Senior Vice President of Latin America
Consistent monitoring of the sales activity of the team, and tracking of results
Actively driving and monitoring demand generation activities
Being in charge of initiatives to drive customer awareness and engagement
Develop and execute successful sales campaigns
Engaging at C-level in enterprise customer organizations
Capable of successfully managing significant client escalations and issues
Develop required Corporate relationships and Executive engagement to support success

Your Qualifications

15+ yrs of sales leadership experience managing teams across LATAM with quota carrying sales people. In addition, a bachelor's degree is strongly preferred.

Proven successful experience in managing and coaching Account Executives and Sales Management, preferably across Latin America
Excellent track record in guiding a large team, first and second line Sales Managers.
Proven ability to create high performing teams and drive them to success
Excellent presentation and executive engagement skills
Excellent negotiation skills
A self-starter that can thrive in a fast paced environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English, Portuguese and conversational Spanish
