RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Managing European e-discovery cases and building e-discovery process flows.
  • Subject Matter Expert for e-discovery search and review.  Train additional reviewers as required.
  • Support the Regional Managing Director (Cyber Risk) through additional process definition, case management, and billing.
  • Making sure all client expectations are met within the deadlines with high quality and efficiency.
  • Cyber Lab Management.
  • Flexibility for this position to be based in any EU location, e.g. Dublin, Germany, Benelux, Switzerland.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Experience within leading complex and varied e-discovery cases.
  • Previous experience in managing a team of analysts and investigators.
  • Strong knowledge of legal review processes in support of litigation.
  • High degree of personal and team organisation.
  • RCA preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills that help represent diverse communities
  • Experience working with diverse teams
