Our Dublin-based team is at the core of transforming how a billion customers redefine expectations of productivity software, and how they can transform their productivity our modern apps and services.

We are looking for a well-rounded UX and Visual designer who can look across scenarios to enable business customers to realize the full value of Microsoft 365 and modernize how they work.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for reimagining experiences that accelerates the adoption of the latest Microsoft 365 products and services among their customers, who range from Small Business to Enterprise. You will need to understand the business motivations of all stakeholders to encourage and empower them to change old habits and embrace new and better ways of working. You will drive change for millions of users by empowering partners to help decision makers map their business goals to the capabilities of the Microsoft 365 suite.

You will need to demonstrate solid UX skills and interaction patterns as well as being able to bring the experiences alive with modern visuals. Being hands on, you will support and design breakthrough experiences that impact how millions of people use our products and services from day 1 through to advanced users in our system – free and paid. You will work closely with research, PM and dev as well as product marketing and app partners to meticulously execute ideas into production.

Responsibilities

  • Create and assess design solutions based on user research data, user goals, and business requirements
  • Produce designs that illustrate optimal user experiences, deliverables may include storyboards, flows, wireframes, prototypes, and vision pieces.
  • Work closely and constructively with product management, visual and interaction designers, engineers and user researchers across the globe to iterate and deliver flawlessly.
  • Advocate for your design solutions by putting them in context of business and user goals.
  • Have solid IA and visual design skills
  • Ability to travel for work occasionally
