Axalta operates its business in two operating segments: Performance Coatings and Transportation Coatings, serving four end markets, including: Refinish, Industrial, Light Vehicle and Commercial Vehicle, across the following four regions: North America, EMEA, Latin America and Asia-Pacific.
1.Monitor Raw Material stock and Finished Good;
2.Ensure the implementation of EHS and core values in the work unit;
3.Store and manage data / records in accordance with applicable procedures;
4.Check daily stock in the system and physically;
5.Conduct adjustment stock, cycle count, monthly and annual stock taking;
6.Compile procedures, work standards and work report formats to ensure maximum material movement;
7.Confirmation of order receipt which includes check material both administratively and physically;
4.Coordinate between Warehouse Assistant and Operation Specialist in planning materials;
5.Regulate and control the receipt, storage and use of RM and other supporting materials;
6.Provide up-to-date and accurate data and inventory reports;
7.Regulate and control the storage and delivery of FG items;
8.Ensure RM and FG storage in a system that is safe, systematic and easy to store or load / issue;
9.Ensure internal and external delivery based on FIFO principles;
10.Ensure the process of receiving is done properly both internally and externally;
11.Coordinate with Operation Specialist to determine forecast and delivery schedule.
-Min SMU degree in any discipline or equivalent
-Have min 2-3 years working experience as warehouse operator in manufacturer or logistics company
-Able to work under minimum supervision and under pressure
-Have a good attitude, discipline and hard working
-Familiar with MS Office is preferred
