We are seeking a best in the class candidate who is an expert in digital media planning, tools and services. The candidate will also be expected to learn and understand offline media planning (TV, Print, Radio, etc.). The candidate needs to be operationally proficient and will support the team to develop and sell integrated communications strategy based on brand understanding, consumer insights and market/ media dynamics.

Measures of success
In three months, you would have:
You would have complete knowledge of relevant categories
You would have an understanding of WM Redfuse functions and operating processes
You would have been able to understand the client working style and deliver on their day to day requirements and start building relationships with the key decision-makers within the current pipeline
Planning & Strategy: Ensure holistic thinking is carried across channel planning and outcomes that can be clearly measured.
Campaign delivery: Oversee effective and accurate optimization and delivery of performance, utilizing all relevant internal teams (i.e. campaign operations), agency processes and tech.
In six months, you would have:
Demonstrate a good understanding of clients’ business and challenges and ability to apply the knowledge in the formulation of campaign strategy and recommendation.
Build a good relationship with clients, internal and external stakeholders and partners.
Lead and support in the development of channel plans and creative solutions that are planned holistically with the broader media mix.
Understanding media beyond digital and collaborating with the larger team to deliver on IBE (Integrated Brand Experiences) solutions.
Develop and sell in innovating media ideas/concepts to drive incremental revenue.
In 12 months, you would have:
Able to support the broader strategic output for clients’ marketing and communication needs and inject your digital specialization.
What your day job looks like at Wavemaker:
Creating Integrated media plans as per the client brief.
Ensure projects/campaigns are tracked and measured based on agreed KPIs
Media planning recommendations to deliver upon the desired business outcome
Timely preparation and sharing of campaign reports
Work with key media partners for planning and integrations
Collaborate with different internal teams such as account management, media, search, social, mobile, creative, operation & finance
Manage all commercial process pertaining to media activity such as to estimate, PO, RO, Billing Instructions, Invoicing etc.
What you'll bring:
Competency in media planning and buying across all digital platforms.
Strong presentation skills and articulate and confident demeanour
A strong sense of accountability and responsibility.
A good team member who contributes positively to the overall success of the agency
History of integrating digital into a broader agency environment
2 years+ experience working on a large client
Working knowledge of Digital Tools COMSCORE, GWI, Google trends etc
Knowledge of all aspects of Digital Media, including Search, SEO, SEM, Mobile etc.
Good relationships with digital media owners/tech partners/publishers
Working knowledge of advertising technology platforms including and not limited to ad servers, DSPs, biddable media platforms.
Experience with AdTech platforms, guiding the team in implementing tech like Google Tag Manager, Custom pixels, App SDK.
Experience working with multiple stakeholders.
Application of tools like, BARC, IRS, TGI will be added advantage.
