Job Description

This role in the LATAM E-Commerce team will best suit the creative, tech-curious, and inventive individuals with excellent cross-group collaboration skills. We guarantee an exciting and lively environment among a team of agile and motivated individuals!

This person should demonstrate a good customer journey understanding and curiosity about the possible barriers for trial and acquisition in the very diverse region of Latin America.

The use of creativity and data analysis along with good capacity to build optimized scenarios based on customer experience will be required. Attention to detail and ability to transform insight into hypothesis and recommended actions will apply the everyday work. Collaboration with local and remote teams is very substantial, so good communication skills will help.

What you'll do:

  • Supporting the proposal of testing and optimization initiatives for LATAM, including use of Sophia for support on building and delivering testing scenarios.
  • Coordinating the reviews of merchandising, promotions and localization approvals.
  • In charge of supporting and optimizing for LATAM demand generation campaigns and initiatives such as email campaigns, search campaigns, social media calendars, local events, partnerships and affiliates prospecting and campaign execution
  • Maintenance of the alignment with local marketing, especially use for Spanish-speaking countries in LATAM
  • Supervision of reviews of local SEO initiatives in partnership with marketing and external vendors such as marketing agencies and consultants.

Ensure support to LATAM long term strategy

Help in the watch of local LATAM markets, searching for new growth opportunities and legal/fiscal changes that may eventually impact our business, always in synch with other Adobe teams

What you'll need

  • BS/BA with 1+ years or 3 years of relevant experience in ecommerce, sales, management consulting
  • Clear understanding of E-Commerce industry best-practices.
