Shift Type: Day (12 PM - 9:30 PM)
Salary: Open for discussion
Education: Graduate
Experience: 3 years & above in WFM in any ITEs (BPO/KPO) industry
Skill & Competence:
Proficient in Advanced Excel (MUST)
Proficient with VBA coding (MUST)
Strong Mathematical, analytical and organization skills
Good time Management
Problem solving and resolution skills
Strategic thinking (planning ahead and predicting what is going to happen)
Job Stability/Responsible/Dedicated and Ability To learn
Roles & Responsibilities:
Collection & Analysis & Reporting of project/agent/department performance statistics
Analyze and report historical data and trends and develop forecast models
Generate long and short term forecasts models
Manage employee information changes
Manage proactive approval and denial of discretionary activities such as vacations, trainings, meetings
Generate new forecast when current day forecast has high deviation from actual
Fill overtime and under time availability
Perform other duties and assignments as directed
Rounds of interview:
1. Telephonic Interview (Preliminary Round)
2. F2F interview with HR
3. Online Test (75 minutes) which includes Excel Formula, use of Function, Chart, Pivot, SQL, VBA & Logical Reasoning
4. F2F interview with department head
Out of station candidates might be required to visit our premises for interview rounds (To & Fro re-imbursement for out of Gujarat candidates)
