Job Description

  • Sales Management Acquisition of new POS/PG/CPS/ Prepaid Customers and managing the Portfolio Volume Growth of POS/PG/CPS/INR business Launching bank's initiatives with merchants VAS products such as DCC, EMI, P4B and UPI Hiring/ Building FOS team Hire Sales Executives Train the Sales Executives Manage the productivity of the team members .
  • Cross sell Cross selling other banking products like CASA SPC and Asset products in the portfolio Relationship Management Build and Manage Relationship with internal and external Channels Working closely with ECG / Corporate Salary teams for NTB as well as portfolio customers.
  • Needs to Manage service delivery to ensure special customer experience.
  • Working Closely with Product team to provide customized solutions to the corporates .
