Job Title: Java Architect
Location : Pittsburgh, PA (On-site from day 1)
Duration : Full-Time permanent Position
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
Java Ecosystem: Deep expertise in core Java, Java EE, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Hibernate/JPA, and RESTful APIs.
Architecture Patterns: Proven experience designing microservices, event-driven architectures, and distributed systems.
Cloud & DevOps: Hands-on knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical leaders
Roles & Responsibilities:
System Design: Design high-level and low-level architectural blueprints for Java-based applications, ensuring scalability, high availability, and security.
Technical Leadership: Guide and mentor development teams, enforce coding standards, and conduct design and code reviews.
Technology Evaluation: Research emerging technologies, build proof-of-concepts, and evaluate their applicability to business goals.
Integration & Migration: Develop strategies to integrate Java systems with external APIs, databases, or legacy systems, as well as cloud migration.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, QA, DevOps, and senior stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
