Ab Initio Developer / ETL Developer
Location: Mexico City or Guadalajara (Hybrid – 3 days per week in the office)

Job Summary
We are looking for an Ab Initio Developer with experience in ETL development and data integration processes to support data integration, migration, and environment implementation activities. Candidates with strong ETL development experience from other platforms are also welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes and data integration solutions.
- Support data migration and environment implementation activities.
- Analyze and resolve data processing and integration issues.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure data quality and successful deployments.
- Participate in production support and enhancement initiatives.
Required Skills
- Experience with Ab Initio or strong experience in ETL development.
- Knowledge of data integration, ETL processes, and data migration.
- SQL and relational database experience.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Fluent English (spoken and written).
Nice to Have
- Experience with ETL tools such as Informatica, DataStage, Talend, SSIS, or similar.
- Exposure to implementation, migration, or production support projects.
Work Model
- Hybrid role based in Mexico City or Guadalajara.
- 3 days per week in the office.
- Candidates must be able to attend the office as required.
