SD Guthrie International – South Africa’s Graduate Accelerated Programme (GAP) aims to nurture and develop dynamic and vibrant talent in a fast-paced environment as they embark on an exciting journey towards a rewarding and fulfilling career.
What is the Graduate Accelerated Programme?
The Graduate Accelerated Programme is a 2-year training programme where the successful candidate will be based in Malaysia for the first year of the programme, then in South Africa for the second year of the programme. Permanent appointment will depend on the successful completion of the programme.

Who are we looking for?
- Graduates with a keen interest to pursue a career in the dynamic landscape of the food manufacturing industry
- South African citizen
- Unemployed
- A recognised Bachelor’s or Post Graduate Degree with excellent academic track record in one of the following fields: Logistics or Supply Chain or Industrial Engineering
- Graduates who are willing to move to Malaysia for a year (company to fund)
- Strong communication skills and leadership capabilities
