ACV Program Manager II
BAE Systems is seeking a ACV Program Manager II candidate to join its organization.
Responsibilities include:
- Completion of deliverables and on-time delivery
- Leadership and proactive project management for assigned program activities
- Management of material and manufacturing of hardware including final processing, shipment and delivery planning and coordination, and quality and export reviews
- Collaboration with operations, quality, engineering, and supporting functional resources to deliver program requirements
- Partnering with project controls to develop and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and managing program team's performance to the IMS
- Development, creation, and reporting on key program metrics
- Identification and assessment of performance gaps to customer expectations or program objectives, development and initiation of improvement plans to close the gaps, and utilization of metrics to verify performance to plan
- Supporting recurring status meetings with the program team and customer and program review meetings with business and customer leadership
- Hosting customer meetings at the York factory including coordinating visits with export and security functions
- Presenting new business opportunities to leadership and leading capture activities including proposal development
Required Education, Experience, & Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree and 10 years of work experience or equivalent experience. Work experience is considered in lieu of formal education
- Experience in Manufacturing/Production
- Strong customer focus and relationship building skills
- Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience in Team/Cross-functional Leadership
- Ability to initiate, prioritize, and coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to operate independently and proactively
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills:
- Professional Certifications (PMP)
- Experience in Operational Excellence (OE)
- Experience in Control Account Management (CAM) and Earned Value Management (EVM)
Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $133333 - $226667
