This role involves implementing a blended learning model for the ECE Certificate program targeted at adult learners. You will focus on creating supportive and culturally relevant learning experiences that promote student engagement and success. Your expertise will help shape the future workforce in Early Childhood Education.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct instructor-led sessions, virtual and in person
• Teach Early Childhood Education course content
• Develop interactive and supportive learning experiences
• Assess assignments and provide constructive feedback
• Monitor student progress and aid academic growth
Requirements:
• Early Childhood Education Diploma or Degree
• Level 3 Early Childhood Educator certification is required
• At least five years of experience in Early Learning
• Proficient in online learning technologies and facilitation
• Strong understanding of Indigenous educational perspectives
