We're looking for a Customer Service Representative/ Transport Administrator to support our transport and logistics operations in Laverton North.

What You'll Do:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries related to delivery times, and order status and provide proactive communication to customers about any changes to schedules or services
  • Coordinate with drivers, dispatch, and warehouse teams to track and update delivery progress

  • Manage and resolve delivery issues, delays, or service concerns professionally and efficiently

  • Dispatch paperwork for the transport team in a timely manner

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the transport or logistics industry

  • Strong communication and organisational skills

  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure

  • Strong MS Office and Excel skills is a must and familiarity with transport management systems is a bonus

  • A problem-solver with a customer-first attitude
