What You'll Do:
Coordinate with drivers, dispatch, and warehouse teams to track and update delivery progress
Manage and resolve delivery issues, delays, or service concerns professionally and efficiently
Dispatch paperwork for the transport team in a timely manner
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the transport or logistics industry
Strong communication and organisational skills
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
Strong MS Office and Excel skills is a must and familiarity with transport management systems is a bonus
A problem-solver with a customer-first attitude
