Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will be a developer/engineer first and Workfront specialist second, with strong hands-on coding, integration, automation, and debugging experience. Candidates with primarily Workfront administration experience and limited development or integration experience will not be the best fit.

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Adobe Workfront Developer to support the implementation, development, customization, integration, and maintenance of Adobe Workfront solutions. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on developer with strong coding and integration experience, rather than someone focused primarily on Workfront administration.
This role will be responsible for developing Workfront workflows, automations, customizations, and integrations with Adobe and third-party applications. The candidate should have strong experience with Workfront Fusion, APIs, debugging, and enterprise system integrations.
Experience with Adobe marketing technologies is highly preferred. Banking or financial services experience is a plus but is not required. Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) development is a significant advantage.
Required
- Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront development and implementation.
- Strong coding/development background with experience building and troubleshooting enterprise applications or integrations.
- Extensive experience with Adobe Workfront Fusion.
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs and API integrations.
- Experience integrating Workfront with Adobe and third-party systems.
- Strong understanding of Workfront workflows, custom forms, templates, request queues, reports, dashboards, and permissions.
- Experience troubleshooting and debugging complex integrations and technical issues.
- Experience with scripting or development technologies such as HTML, SQL, JavaScript, or similar technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience working in Agile or Scaled Agile (SAFe) environments.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
- Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) development and integration.
- Experience integrating Adobe Workfront with AEM and Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Experience with Adobe marketing technologies and enterprise marketing platforms.
- Experience developing custom solutions around the Adobe ecosystem.
- Banking or financial services industry experience.
- Experience working with large-scale enterprise Workfront implementations.
- Experience with additional programming languages, scripting frameworks, or integration technologies.
- Experience with enterprise data governance and system architecture.
