Advanced Analytics Program Manager - Remote

Take charge of innovation as an Advanced Analytics Program Manager at Medtronic, working remotely from Brampton, Ontario. Lead analytics sustainability and define operational strategies to enhance our ecosystem.
This role within the Enablement and Strategy team requires strategic insight and execution focus. You will oversee the Analytics Sustainability Program, establishing guidelines and governance while working alongside new product development and sustainability product teams. Your mission will be to enhance analytics effectiveness across multiple platforms, driving impactful outcomes through collaboration and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead development of the analytics sustainability program
• Collaborate with product teams and sustainability squads
• Manage analytics product updates and overall ecosystem health
• Design processes for governance and operating models
• Define metrics to assess sustainability program success
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in program management
• Proficient in Power BI, SQL, and Python
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps and Scrum
• Ability to identify opportunities for process optimization
