We are looking for an experienced Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Full Stack Developer to join our hybrid team in Torre Aurum, San Pedro Garza García, Nuevo León.
Role Summary
You will report to the Technical Leader, Digital Experience and lead the development of web applications using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
Your expertise in front‐end and back‐end development will help deliver high‐quality and engaging digital experiences to our users.
Activities Design and implement custom components, templates, workflows, and multi‐site management—including translation framework and integrations—using AEM to support multiple digital projects.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate design mockups into responsive web pages, ensuring a seamless user experience across different devices and browsers.
Implement server‐side logic, content repositories, and application logic using Java, Apache Sling, CRX, JCR, and OSGi within the AEM framework.
Customize and extend AEM functionalities using HTL/Sightly, Java Script, and j Query.
Integrate AEM with other enterprise systems and third‐party applications via RESTful APIs, JSON, and other web services.
Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in AEM applications to ensure optimal site performance and page load times.
Implement best practices for securing AEM applications, preventing vulnerabilities, and ensuring data privacy and compliance.
Collaborate with content authors and editors to define content structures, templates, and workflows that streamline content creation and publishing.
Conduct testing of AEM applications to verify functional and performance requirements.
Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to AEM applications, ensuring timely resolution.
Maintain comprehensive technical documentation related to AEM projects, codebases, and configurations.
Work with cross‐functional teams—including UX/UI designers, front‐end developers, back‐end developers, product owners, and project managers—to deliver successful projects.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
At least 6+ years of hands‐on AEM 6.5 development experience.
Experience with Dev Ops tools such as Jenkins, JFrog Artifactory, Git, and Adobe Cloud Manager.
Proficiency in developing and customizing UI components using React JS and CSS.
Experience integrating data and systems using Mule Soft and Salesforce.
Strong front‐end and back‐end skills, including HTML5, CSS3, React JS, Java Script, Java, Apache Sling, OSGi, Maven, CRX, and JCR.
Deep knowledge of AEM architecture, components, templates, and workflows.
Proficiency with AEM Sites, Assets, Dynamic Media, AEM Guides, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Launch, and Adobe Forms.
Familiarity with integrating AEM with third‐party systems and APIs.
Optional: AEM Developer Certification.
