The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with AEM Site s and a passion for innovation, especially in leveraging AI-driven solution s to enhance content delivery and user experience . Key Responsibiliti esDesign, develop, and maintai n custom AEM components and templat e s.Integrat e AI/ML servic es (e.g., content personalization, metadata enrichment, predictive recommendations) into AEM workflow s.Collaborate wit h UX designers, backend developers, and AI/ML tea ms to deliver intelligent content solution s.Build scalable and reusable components usin g HTL, Sling Models, and J C R.Configure and manag e AEM Assets, workflows, and DAM integratio n s.Optimize AEM performance, includin g caching, indexing, and publishing process e s.Troubleshoot integration issues and ensur e high-quality deliverabl e s.Ensure adherence t o secure coding standards, accessibility, and brand guidelin e s. Required Qualificati ons4–8 years of hands-on experience in AEM developme nt.Strong understanding of AEM architecture, includi ng Sites, Assets, Sling, OSGi, and Dispatc h er.Proven experience in integrati ng AI/ML services within AEM environme n ts.Proficiency in Java, HTL (Sightly), Sling Models, OSGi, JCR, Maven, and G it.Good understanding of RESTful APIs and external integrati o ns.Excelle nt analytical, problem-solving, and communication ski l ls . Preferred Sk illsExperience working in Microsoft ecosys tems (e.g., Azure, SharePoint, Teams, Graph A PI).Exposure to AI technolo gies such as Azure AI, OpenAI, or TensorFlow, especially for content or marketing soluti ons.Familiarity w ith DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-based AEM deploym e nts.Knowledge of Headless CMS and SPA frameworks (React prefer r ed).
