Role Description The Agentforce QA Test Manager is a full-time remote role responsible for leading quality assurance activities across Agentforce platforms and related applications. This role oversees the planning, design, and execution of test strategies, including functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing. The Test Manager coordinates test execution across teams, tracks defects, and ensures that issues are documented, prioritized, and resolved in collaboration with development and product stakeholders. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining test plans, managing test environments, reviewing test cases, monitoring quality metrics, and reporting on overall release readiness. The role also involves mentoring QA team members, refining QA processes, and driving continuous improvement in testing practices and tools to maintain high delivery standards.
Qualifications
10+ years Salesforce and Test management experience
Strong experience in test strategy and quality governance for large transformation programs
Experience with Salesforce ecosystems and complex integrations
Exposure to AI-driven solutions validation (recommended)
Strong stakeholder management and leadership capabilities
