As an early-career engineer on the product team, you will be hands-on from day one. You will not be working through a queue of tickets. You will be learning from founders, pairing with senior engineers, and shipping features that real customers use.

• AI-native data analysis, visualizations, and dashboards
• Smart data preparation and enrichment
• Natural language interfaces for analytics

AI Zealots. You don't just use AI tools, you geek out over them. You're all over coding agents and modern dev environments. You have shipped AI-enabled solutions and have guided coding agents to help you move faster.

Required qualifications

• 1-2 years of professional software engineering experience. We are looking for early-career engineers who bring curiosity, strong fundamentals, and the ability to learn fast.
• Hands-on with React and TypeScript. You have shipped something real.
• Curiosity about AI and ML tools. You have played with LLMs or coding agents.
• Familiarity with full stack concepts (APIs, databases, auth), even if not deep expertise.
• Product thinking and design sensibility.
• Comfort with ambiguity and rapid iteration.

Location

This is an in-person role based in Bellevue, WA. We will consider relocation for exceptional candidates. H-1B visa transfers are supported. We are not sponsoring new H-1B visas at this time.
