About the Project
We are looking for native or near-native speakers to support an AI data annotation and translation project. The role involves reviewing, translating, and annotating content according to detailed guidelines to help improve the quality and accuracy of AI systems.
Project Details
- Work Type: Freelance / Remote
- Commitment: Approx. 20 hours per week
- Duration: 2 Months
- Languages (required): Portuguese, English

- Assessments: 2 mandatory assessments
- Schedule: Flexible, based on project needs and your availability
Key Responsibilities
- Perform annotation and translation tasks
- Review and classify content according to project-specific guidelines
- Ensure annotations and translations are accurate, consistent, and contextually appropriate
- Identify linguistic, grammatical, cultural, and contextual issues
- Follow project instructions and quality standards carefully
- Maintain consistency across large volumes of data
- Complete assigned tasks within the required timelines
- Participate in quality checks and incorporate feedback when required
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Portuguese (native or near-native level preferred)
- Good working proficiency in English
- Excellent understanding of language, grammar, syntax, and cultural context
- Previous experience in translation, data annotation, content review, linguistic evaluation, or AI/ML data projects is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed guidelines
- Ability to work independently in a remote/freelance environment
- Reliable internet connection and access to a computer/laptop
