Your Challenge

As a Bot Developer, you'll play a key role in designing, developing and maintaining conversational AI solutions. You'll work on both strategic initiatives and continuous improvements, helping create smarter, more accurate and more capable AI experiences.
Your Responsibilities
Design and develop conversational AI use cases
Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
Build and maintain integrations with APIs and backend systems
Improve and expand existing codebases while maintaining high quality standards
Leverage AI agents and agentic workflows to boost development efficiency
Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters and fellow developers
Contribute to innovation initiatives around GenAI and LLM technologies
Required Skills

- Python
- Java (Spring Boot preferred)
- REST APIs
- Git (GitHub / Bitbucket)
- CI/CD principles and pipelines
- Cloud-native development concepts
- Microservices architecture
- Experience with Generative AI & LLMs
- API and backend integration experience
