Alignerr is seeking a Software Engineer (AI Training) to build, evaluate, and improve AI-generated code. You will train AI systems to think like developers, write solutions, review outputs, and provide expert feedback. This is a hands-on engineering role with flexible, fully remote scheduling and 10–40 hours per week. You’ll work across languages (Python, Java Script, Java, C++, Go, Type Script) and focus on correctness, efficiency, readability, and security.
